Delhi University has unveiled the schedule for the upcoming phases of its Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) for undergraduate admissions for the 2024-25 academic year.
The university has confirmed that the second round of admissions will commence on September 1 with the release of the seat allocation list, which will run until September 5.
Following the conclusion of the second round, the third round of admissions is scheduled to begin on September 10 and continue through September 14. After these rounds, Delhi University will offer spot admissions from September 15 to 17, giving candidates one final opportunity to secure a place in their desired programs.
The CSAS allocation process is based on a combination of merit and the candidates' preferences submitted during their application process. Only candidates already registered and paid the necessary fees can participate in these upcoming rounds. The seat competition is expected to be intense as students vie for spots in one of India’s most prestigious universities.
Delhi University has emphasised the importance of staying informed throughout this process. Applicants are strongly encouraged to regularly visit the official DU website for the latest updates, instructions, and any potential changes to the schedule. Given the highly competitive nature of admissions, staying up-to-date and being well-prepared is crucial for all prospective students.
Critical dates for the CSAS UG 2024-25 admissions include Round 2 from September 1 to 5, Round 3 from September 10 to 14, and spot admissions from September 15 to 17.
