IIM Ahmedabad Placement 2026: ₹2.31 करोड़ का International Offer, 2014 का रिकॉर्ड टूटा

IIM Ahmedabad Placement 2026: भारतीय प्रबंधन संस्थान अहमदाबाद (IIM Ahmedabad) के 2026 प्लेसमेंट में International Job Offers को लेकर नया रिकॉर्ड बना है। Indian Placement Reporting Standards (IPRS) की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, संस्थान के Post Graduate Programme (PGP) के एक छात्र की Maximum Earning Potential (MEP) 2.31 करोड़ रुपये यानी 243,000 अमेरिकी डॉलर दर्ज की गई है। यह IPRS व्यवस्था शुरू होने के बाद IIM Ahmedabad का अब तक का सबसे अधिक International MEP है।

यह आंकड़ा 2014 में दर्ज 192,581 डॉलर के पिछले रिकॉर्ड से अधिक है। हालांकि, यहां यह समझना जरूरी है कि 2.31 करोड़ रुपये को सीधे सालाना Salary या Fixed Package नहीं माना जाना चाहिए। IIM Ahmedabad के मुताबिक MEP में Annual Cash Component, One-time Cash Payment और Total Guaranteed Cash Component शामिल होते हैं।

Dubai की IT Company ने दिया सबसे बड़ा International Offer

2026 में IIM Ahmedabad का सबसे अधिक International MEP Dubai स्थित IT Sector की कंपनी के Business Development Role के लिए दर्ज किया गया। इस साल International Placements में IT Sector सबसे अधिक MEP देने वाला Sector रहा।

IIM Ahmedabad के 2026 Final Placement Process में कुल 392 छात्रों ने हिस्सा लिया। इनमें से छह छात्रों ने International Roles स्वीकार किए। चार छात्रों ने Dubai, एक ने Hong Kong और एक ने Japan में Job Offer स्वीकार किया।

इससे पता चलता है कि IIM Ahmedabad के Placement Process में International Career Opportunities का दायरा केवल एक देश या Sector तक सीमित नहीं रहा। Dubai के अलावा Hong Kong और Japan में भी छात्रों को अवसर मिले।

2.31 करोड़ रुपये का Offer क्यों खास है?

IIM Ahmedabad के लिए यह आंकड़ा इसलिए महत्वपूर्ण है क्योंकि यह 2011 में IPRS शुरू होने के बाद दर्ज किया गया सबसे अधिक International MEP है। इससे पहले 2014 में 192,581 डॉलर का MEP रिकॉर्ड किया गया था।

2026 में 243,000 डॉलर का MEP इस पुराने रिकॉर्ड से काफी ऊपर है। भारतीय रुपये में इसकी कीमत लगभग ₹2.31 करोड़ बैठती है। हालांकि, डॉलर-रुपये की विनिमय दर बदलने के कारण रुपये में इसका आंकड़ा समय के साथ अलग हो सकता है।

IIM Ahmedabad ने 2026 की Final Placement Process में PGP Class of 2026 के सभी छात्रों को 26 cohorts में अलग-अलग क्षेत्रों की कंपनियों के साथ प्लेस किया। Placement Process जनवरी 2026 में Lateral Placement से शुरू हुआ था और बाद में Final Placement Process आयोजित किया गया।

भारत में सबसे ज्यादा MEP ₹81.6 लाख

IIM Ahmedabad के 2026 Placement में केवल International Offers ही चर्चा में नहीं रहे। भारत में मिलने वाले Offers में भी Maximum Earning Potential ₹81.6 लाख तक पहुंची।

Domestic Placements में Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) Sector सबसे अधिक भुगतान करने वाला Sector रहा। रिपोर्ट के अनुसार BFSI लगातार दूसरे वर्ष Domestic Placements में सबसे अधिक MEP देने वाला Sector बना है।

वहीं, Consulting Sector में सबसे अधिक Offers आए। इससे साफ है कि IIM Ahmedabad के छात्रों के बीच Consulting अभी भी प्रमुख Career Choice बनी हुई है, जबकि BFSI Sector उच्च Salary वाले Roles के मामले में मजबूत स्थिति में है।

Consulting में सबसे ज्यादा Job Offers

2026 Placement में Consulting Sector ने Offer की संख्या के मामले में बढ़त बनाए रखी। रिपोर्ट के अनुसार Consulting से 155 Offers आए। इसके बाद BFSI Sector से 82, IT और Business Conglomerates से 34-34 Offers और Consumer Services से 15 Offers मिले।

IIM Ahmedabad के आधिकारिक Placement Process में Management Consulting, Transformation and Operations Consulting, Advisory Consulting, Investment Banking and Markets, Private Equity, Venture Capital और Asset Management जैसे कई क्षेत्रों की कंपनियों ने हिस्सा लिया।

पहले Cluster में Boston Consulting Group सबसे बड़ा Recruiter रहा। इसके अलावा McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company, Kearney, Accenture Strategy, EY-Parthenon और Deloitte USI जैसी कंपनियों ने भी छात्रों को Offers दिए।

International Opportunities का दायरा बढ़ा

IIM Ahmedabad के Placement में International Opportunities लगातार महत्वपूर्ण बनी हुई हैं। 2026 के Final Placement Process में Dubai और Tokyo जैसे International Locations के लिए Offers आए। संस्थान के आधिकारिक Placement Updates के अनुसार, Cluster 2 में DAMAC (Dubai) और Fast Retailing (Tokyo) जैसी कंपनियों ने भी International Opportunities दी थीं।

इसके अलावा Placement Process में अलग-अलग Sectors की बड़ी कंपनियों की भागीदारी रही। इससे छात्रों को India के साथ-साथ Global Markets में Career बनाने के अवसर मिले।

IIM Ahmedabad Placement 2026 से क्या तस्वीर सामने आती है?

2026 का Placement Data बताता है कि IIM Ahmedabad के छात्रों के लिए Consulting, BFSI और Technology जैसे क्षेत्र प्रमुख Career Options बने हुए हैं। जहां Consulting में Offers की संख्या ज्यादा रही, वहीं BFSI ने Domestic Salary के मामले में बेहतर प्रदर्शन किया।

International Market में IT Sector ने सबसे अधिक MEP के साथ बढ़त बनाई। छह छात्रों का Dubai, Hong Kong और Japan जैसे Locations में जाना यह भी दिखाता है कि IIM Ahmedabad के Placement में Global Career Opportunities का महत्व बढ़ रहा है।

हालांकि, छात्रों और MBA Aspirants को Placement Reports में दिए गए MEP और Salary के बीच अंतर समझना चाहिए। ₹2.31 करोड़ का आंकड़ा किसी सामान्य छात्र की औसत Salary नहीं है, बल्कि 2026 में दर्ज सबसे अधिक International MEP है। इसलिए इसे IIM Ahmedabad के सभी छात्रों को मिलने वाले Package के रूप में देखना सही नहीं होगा।

IIM Ahmedabad की 2026 Placement रिपोर्ट में दर्ज यह रिकॉर्ड संस्थान के Global Placement Landscape में एक महत्वपूर्ण उपलब्धि जरूर है, लेकिन Career Decision लेते समय छात्रों को केवल Highest Package के बजाय Median Salary, Average Salary, Roles, Sector, Location और Career Growth जैसे पहलुओं पर भी ध्यान देना चाहिए।
