Kolkata Young Learner Kridha Singh Sets Two Records at an Early Age

Kridha Singh, a young learner from Kolkata, has earned recognition for two early-learning achievements, demonstrating her ability to identify objects, solve puzzles and engage with learning activities at a remarkably young age.

Kridha achieved her first record at the age of 17 months, when she successfully identified objects corresponding to all 26 letters of the English alphabet presented to her in random order. She completed the activity in less than 42 seconds, an achievement that recognised her early learning, memory and ability to associate objects with letters.

Her second achievement involved an Indian Map jigsaw puzzle. Kridha became the youngest to solve a 13-piece version of the puzzle in under one minute. She accomplished the feat at the age of 1 year, 10 months and 18 days, on July 22, 2026.

The achievement was recognised for demonstrating several learning-related abilities, including spatial intelligence, visual memory, concentration, hand-eye coordination and geographical awareness.

Both achievements have been documented and recognised by the Influencer Book of World Records.

According to her family, Kridha’s learning journey has been encouraged through books, puzzles and interactive activities from an early age. Her parents, Vikas Kumar Singh and Monica Baranwal, have supported her engagement with activities designed to stimulate curiosity and learning.

Rather than focusing solely on formal learning, the family hopes to continue nurturing Kridha’s curiosity through age-appropriate activities, allowing her to explore new concepts at her own pace.

The two records highlight how interactive activities such as puzzles, object-identification exercises and books can become part of a young child’s early learning environment. Kridha’s achievements have also highlighted the role of parental encouragement in giving children opportunities to explore memory, observation, coordination, and problem-solving through play.

At an age when learning is closely connected with exploration and discovery, Kridha’s record-setting activities represent an early milestone in her learning journey. Her family plans to continue supporting her interests while keeping learning engaging and age-appropriate.

The recognition by the Influencer Book of World Records gives the young learner two documented achievements at the beginning of her educational journey, with her parents continuing to encourage her curiosity through books, puzzles and interactive experiences.
