Silver Oak Law College to Organise Intra Moot Court Competition from October 24

Silver Oak Law College will organize its Intra Moot Court Competition 2026 from 24th October to 26th October, providing law students with an opportunity to hone their advocacy, legal reasoning, and courtroom skills.

The three-day competition will be held at Moot Court Hall, B Block, Fourth floor, Silver Oak University. The event is aimed to give aspiring lawyers a chance to practice presenting arguments and to improve their understanding of courtroom proceedings.

The participation is compulsory for B.A. LL.B. and BBA LL.B. students in Semesters 3, 5 and 7 and for LL.B. students in Semesters 3 and 5. The students of Semester 1 who are interested to participate can also take part in the competition.

Moot court competitions are an important part of the legal education, allowing students to apply legal principles, analyze arguments, and develop oral advocacy skills in a simulated courtroom setting. Such exercises also promote structured thinking and effective legal communication.
