Silver Oak Law College Students Visit Gujarat High Court to Gain Practical Legal Exposure

Beyond classroom education, students from Silver Oak Law College went on a trip to the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat as part of an education campaign aimed at getting insight into the functioning of the judicial system.

The educational trip was planned for students pursuing Integrated B.A. LL.B., B.B.A. LL.B. (Semesters 3, 5 and 7), and LL.B. (Semesters 3 and 5). This educational tour provided the budding legal professionals with a chance to learn about courtroom procedures, judicial practices, and how the High Court operates.

While on the tour, the students were able to get an insight into the role played by the judiciary in upholding the Constitution and delivering justice. Students were also able to link the knowledge acquired in the classroom with the practical application of law in the judicial process.

These kinds of educational tours play a significant role in legal education in that they offer students an opportunity to see the judicial process beyond textbooks.

Through this educational tour, Silver Oak Law College managed to emphasize the significance of experiential learning in training law students for their future careers.
