Admission 2025: Procedure & Dates

Projections for 2025–26 have been released, and applications can be completed online on the SVU main portal. The following is the process in a stepwise format:​

• Application: Fill up the web form at www.swamivivekan.
• Eligibility Check: University cross-checks the academic credentials and admission test scorecards.
• Merit & Counseling: Shortlisted candidates are informed; seat allotment occurs after document verification and fee submission.
• Key Dates: WBJEE counseling/JELET admission to B.Tech (LE) result declaration after July 31, 2025; other deadlines are posted regularly on the notice board of the university.​
