This initiative aims to reform the examination system, bolster data security, and fortify the National Testing Agency (NTA). The committee is chaired by the distinguished scientist Dr. K. Radhakrishnan and includes seven prominent experts from diverse fields such as education, technology, and governance.
The formation of this expert panel comes in response to recent controversies surrounding the NEET and UGC-NET exams, which highlighted significant flaws in the current examination procedures. The committee's key responsibilities are to review and Improve Standard Operating Procedures. The committee will thoroughly assess the existing procedures and recommend enhancements to ensure a fair and transparent examination process.
The committee will evaluate Data Security Protocols. Given the critical importance of safeguarding examination data, the committee will scrutinize current data security measures and propose robust protocols to prevent leaks and breaches. It will assess the NTA's Organizational Structure. To strengthen the NTA's ability to conduct examinations efficiently, the committee will evaluate its organizational framework and suggest improvements.

Radhakrishnan, Chairman, All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Dr. Randeep Guleria, former Director of AIIMS Delhi. Prof. BJ Rao, Vice-Chancellor of Central University of Hyderabad. Prof. Ramamurthy K, Professor Emeritus at the Department of Civil Engineering at IIT Madras. Pankaj Bansal, Co-Founder of People Strong and Board Member of Karmayogi Bharat. Prof. Aditya Mittal, Dean of Student Affairs at IIT Delhi. Govind Jaiswal, Joint Secretary at the Ministry of Education.
