The first option is to "Freeze" their seat, meaning they can confirm the allotted seat if they are satisfied with the allocation and decline participation in further rounds of counselling. This option locks the seat for the candidate and secures their admission. The second option is to "Float," which allows candidates to accept the currently allotted seat while remaining open to upgrading to a higher preference in future rounds of counselling. The third option, "Slide," is for candidates who wish to accept their current seat but seek a better branch or course within the same institution.
