The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the registration deadline for students appearing in the December 2024 Term End Examination (TEE) for both Open and Distance Learning (ODL) and online programmes.
According to the latest notification, the assignment submission deadline has been moved from October 20 to October 27, 2024. Students who miss this new deadline will still be able to submit their assignments from October 28 to November 3, but they will be required to pay a late fee of Rs 1,100.
Candidates enrolled in ODL, online courses, GOAL, and EVBB programmes for the December 2024 TEE must submit their dissertations, projects, practical files, and internship reports via the official IGNOU website (ignou.ac.in). Students must log in using their enrollment number and programme code to check their assignment submission status.
The December 2024 TEE will begin on December 2, 2024, for both pen-and-paper and computer-based (CBT) modes. IGNOU has already opened online links for students to submit examination forms, projects, and practical exams and provide necessary guidelines. The official website contains the full schedule and instructions for eligible students.
The TEE will cover a wide range of programmes, including the Master of Science in Mathematics with Applications in Computer Science (MSc-MACS), Master of Science in Information Security (MSc-IS), and Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Software Technology (PGDAST). Practical exams will be held for the Master of Computer Applications (MCA), Certificate in Mobile Application Development (CMAD), Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA), and Core Banking System (CBS).
Students are advised to keep track of updates through the official IGNOU website and submit their assignments and project work within the extended deadlines to avoid late fees and ensure their eligibility for the December 2024 TEE.
