The Indian Army honoured Master Seilalgou Gangte, a young resident of Bunglon in Churachandpur district, Manipur, for his remarkable achievement of securing admission to the National Defence Academy (NDA), Khadakwasla, Pune, on his first attempt.
Gangte achieved an impressive All India Rank of 238, marking a significant accomplishment for a young man from a rural, conflict-affected area. His success is a testament to his dedication and resilience, inspiring youth in the region to aspire toward national service.
The Indian Army organised the felicitation event in Bunglon, where officials celebrated Gangte's success alongside his father, Mr. SS Gangte, a former member of the Border Security Force (BSF).
