The Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH) has announced that the registration process for the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) 2024 will commence tomorrow, November 5, 2024.
Aspiring teachers can apply online for the exam scheduled for December 22-23, 2024. The HTET is a mandatory qualification for teachers seeking employment in government-aided schools in Haryana.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the HTET, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Primary Teacher (Class 1-5): 12th pass with 50% marks and Diploma in Elementary Education
- Trained Graduate Teacher (Class 6-8): Bachelor's degree with 50% marks and B.Ed.
- Postgraduate Teacher (Class 9-12): Postgraduate degree with 50% marks and B.Ed.
Application Process
Candidates can apply online through the BSEH website (bseh.org.in) from November 5 to November 25, 2024. The application fee is Rs. 1000 for a single paper, Rs. 1800 for two papers, and Rs. 2400 for three papers.
