Open to All:All students from any location on earth, i.e., even Ireland, are eligible for the scholarship.
Eligibility Test: You will be required to clear an eligibility test, which is conducted online, so that you can proceed and fill up the application form.
Academic Qualification:
In a master's program, you must have a bachelor's degree.
In a PhD program, you must have a master's degree.
You can put "awaiting results" in it, but you will have to provide a temporary certificate.
No Limit of Age: The candidate has no age limit.
Availability of Supervisor: Your supervisor has to be available round-the-clock so that they can assist you throughout your Irish research.
English Competency: You must be English competent. IELTS/TOEFL is not required under the Irish Research Council, but you must approach your pertinent Irish agency with some of the necessities.
Application Submission: You are submitting your cumulative degree outcome, and these need to be certified on an official transcript and signed by your host organization.
