Mohan Babu University (MBU) has proudly announced a 100% placement record for the academic year 2024, highlighted by a remarkable ₹60 Lakh per annum (LPA) job offer from Google. The university's recent placement drive attracted participation from over 120 multinational companies, offering a total of 1,628 job opportunities to students across various disciplines.
The placement season showcased engagement from diverse sectors, including IT services, banking and financial services (BFSI), consulting, manufacturing, and e-commerce. Notable firms such as PwC, KPMG, and Morgan Stanley recruited students from the management program, while pharmaceutical giants like Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories and Ranbaxy extended job offers to pharmacy graduates. Engineering students secured positions with leading global companies including Amazon, Airbus, Deloitte, Cognizant, HSBC, and IBM.
Pro-Chancellor Vishnu Manchu remarked, "The 60 LPA offer from Google highlights the strength of our educational approach and reaffirms our commitment to developing industry-ready professionals." He emphasized that the 100% placement success reflects the university’s effective curriculum and the preparedness of its graduates to meet industry demands.
Dr. K Delhi Babu, Vice President of the Career Development Centre, echoed this sentiment, noting, "Our students are securing positions in both established and emerging markets, further validating our educational approach." The university's partnerships with industry leaders like SAP, IBM, AWS, and ServiceNow enhance students’ skills through certifications, while the Top Gun Program equips them for competitive recruitment scenarios.
