Subhash Ghai Launches Mohd Rafi Music Scholarship On The 100th Birth Anniversary Of Mohammed Rafi

On the centenary birthday anniversary of Mohammed Rafi, Whistling Woods International launches The Mohd Rafi Music Scholarship to encourage young musicians to excel with the music legacy that Rafi has bequeathed for generations of musicians to emulate.
