School administrators have been instructed to submit their proposals through the official website of the Directorate of Education between April 1 and April 15. An official from the Delhi government stated that these instructions are part of the affiliation criteria for private schools and have been reiterated due to the commencement of the new academic session on April 1.
The circular specifies that failure to comply with the directive will result in schools being unable to raise fees until approval is granted by the Directorate of Education. Furthermore, the circular warns that stringent action, in accordance with statutory provisions, will be taken against schools that raise fees without prior approval, based on complaints received by the DoE.
