IIM Raipur conducts Leadership Summit 2025 on creating future-ready organisations

IIM Raipur conducted its ninth edition of the Leadership Summit 2025 successfully. The two-day conclave brought CXOs, policymakers, entrepreneurs and thought leaders together under the theme 'The CXO Compass: Navigating Beyond Boundaries to Build Future Ready Organizations.'

The summit included six panel discussions on virtues of leadership, people-centric approaches, disruption, world geopolitics, glocalisation, and the union of technology and human ability. The event once again established IIM Raipur as a bridge between academia and industry.

INDUSTRY LEADERS Emphasize INNOVATION AND INCLUSIVITY

The first session was chaired by Chief Guest Shri Sandeep Singh, Managing Director, Tata Hitachi Construction Machinery Co. Pvt. Ltd. and Executive Officer, Hitachi Construction Machinery Japan.

He emphasized customer-centricity, sustainability and innovation as the cornerstones of future-ready organizations. "Today's leadership is about developing organisations that can innovate, adapt, and remain connected to purpose," he added.

Guest of Honour Deepika Rajor, HR Business Partner Global Functions & Strategic Projects, PepsiCo India, spoke on people-first leadership.

She stated, "Adaptability is key. While technology has eased our lives, it cannot make judgement calls. We developed technology, technology has not developed us."

ACADEMIA AND INDUSTRY SHARE IDEAS

Director-in-Charge, IIM Raipur, Professor Sanjeev Prashar, called the summit "an extraordinary coming together of ideas, experiences, and points of view." He emphasized that leadership is now all about vision, inclusivity and distributive responsibility and not simply authority.

The event featured some prominent speakers such as Shri Krishan Mishra, CEO of FPSB India; Shri Pranjal Kamra, Founder & CEO of Finology; Shri Ashish Kapoor, Head – Strategy & Growth, Mahindra Teqo; Preeti Ahuja, Global Chief People Officer, Husk Power; Seema Ghosh, Strategic Business Unit Head, Sun Pharma; Shri Prem Singh, IAS (Retd); Kiran Khapre, CHRO, Kirloskar Oil Engines; and Niket Gupta, Head of Talent Acquisition, Myntra, to name a few.

SUMMIT REAFFIRMS IIM RAIPUR'S ROLE

The two-day conclave ended with a valedictory session by Rajor and a vote of thanks by Professor Mohit Goswami.

With its lively deliberations and robust participation, the Leadership Summit 2025 reaffirmed IIM Raipur's position as a centre of thought leadership and a platform of influence that is shaping leaders of the future.
