It promises to showcase incredible talent, innovation, and learning. Anticipating the attendance of over 6,000 enthusiastic students, the event will push the boundaries of creativity from April 12th to 13th, 2024, at Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai.
Central to The Edutainment Show are a variety of captivating contests aimed at inspiring and challenging participants from diverse backgrounds. Whether you're passionate about design, entrepreneurship, filmmaking, or music, there's something for everyone to dive into and showcase their skills.

Design Challenge
Participants will be tested as they tackle real-world problems, designing innovative products, services, or systems on the spot. The theme will be revealed at the event.
Business Plan Competition
Entrepreneurial minds will craft compelling business plans for startups or innovative products, demonstrating their strategic vision and business acumen. The topic will be disclosed at the event.
Advertising Campaign Challenge
This contest challenges students to develop captivating advertising campaigns for new products or educational institutes, putting their marketing and creative skills to the test. The topic will be revealed at the event.
Theatre and Drama Competition
Students will showcase their dramatic flair through one-act plays, monologues, or improvised performances. Teams of two will compete to mesmerize the audience.
Short Film Contest
Filmmakers will captivate audiences with storytelling skills in short films, documentaries, or animations. Entries must be produced in advance and submitted with a certificate from the Institute Head. Films must not exceed 3 minutes in duration.
Social Media Challenge
Participants will engage their peers and promote the event or institute through innovative social media content. The topic will be disclosed at the event.
Debate Competition
Analytical minds will spar over current social, political, or economic issues, honing their communication skills and critical thinking prowess. Each participant will have 3 minutes to present their arguments.
Fashion Design Competition
Fashion enthusiasts will unleash their creativity, designing innovative and sustainable fashion pieces that push the boundaries of style.
Creative Writing Contest
Wordsmiths will weave captivating stories and essays on given topics, showcasing their literary talent and imagination. This is your time to channel the inner 'Wordsworth.'
Public Speaking Challenge
Orators will deliver persuasive and engaging speeches on various topics, demonstrating their communication and presentation skills. Speeches must not exceed 3 minutes in duration.
Quiz Challenge
Knowledge enthusiasts will put their expertise to the test in a quiz covering topics related to design, media, and management.
Music Competition
Musical talents will shine as solo or duet performances captivate audiences, showcasing the diversity and vibrancy of musical expression. Performances must not exceed 3 minutes in duration.
Photography Contest
Visual storytellers will capture the essence of the event through their lenses, showcasing creativity and narrative through photography.
Branding Challenge
Participants will create brand identities for new products or services, demonstrating their branding and marketing skills. The product or service idea/theme will be disclosed at the event.
Social Entrepreneurship Challenge
Students will tackle pressing social or environmental issues, devising innovative social enterprise ideas that drive positive societal change. The issue will be disclosed at the event.
Criteria For Participants:
- The contests are open to students aged 14 to 24 from colleges and secondary/high schools in Mumbai.
- For the short film and animation contests, participants must register and submit their content online, accompanied by an approval letter from their institute.
- In the fashion show, teams of 4 will have 8 minutes to present a thematic fashion show. Participants must bring their own materials to execute the given brief, and the total time limit is 60 minutes.
- Students can participate in multiple contests, but their institute should recommend their names for the best institute championship.
- Contestants will be evaluated based on originality, creativity, quality, practicality, and the impact of their ideas. Each section of the evaluation carries 20 marks for the final assessment.
