Applications for the 2025 Paid Internship Program are currently being accepted by NASA's Office of STEM Engagement (OSTEM)! Students in high school and college can take advantage of this fantastic opportunity, which provides practical experience in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) and non-STEM sectors.

Details & Deadlines for the Internship

Duration: 10 weeks (either remotely or on-site at a NASA facility)

Deadlines for applications:

Session for Summer: February 28, 2025

Session Fall: May 16, 2025

In order to kickstart their careers, interns will collaborate on innovative initiatives with NASA engineers, scientists, and business experts.

Who Can Apply?

To be considered, applicants must:

• Be a U.S. citizen
• Be 16 years or older by the time of application
• Have a minimum 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale)
• Be a full-time high school/college student OR a part-time college student with a minimum of 6 semester hours
• Have taken a minimum of 15 semester hours (or 23 quarter hours) prior to applying
