CERN, the European Organization for Nuclear Research, has unveiled the Collide Residency Program, an innovative initiative inviting artists to collaborate with scientists and engineers at one of the world’s leading research centers.
In partnership with Arts at CERN, this three-month residency aims to bridge the realms of art and science, encouraging creative synergy and groundbreaking ideas. Open to artists of all nationalities and disciplines, the program provides a monthly stipend of CHF 5,000, along with accommodation and travel reimbursement.
The residency will allow selected artists to explore CERN’s state-of-the-art facilities and engage with its scientists and engineers. By fostering interdisciplinary dialogue, the program seeks to redefine how art and science intersect, generating fresh perspectives on complex research topics.
