The University of Leeds has unveiled the India Anniversary Masters Scholarship 2024, designed to assist Indian students in funding their master's studies at the university. The scholarship offers £5,000 towards tuition fees for a range of master’s programs starting in September 2024. It is available to Indian nationals who have secured an offer to enrol in a full-time master’s course at the University of Leeds. Eligible candidates must be self-financed, classified as international students, and fulfil all academic offer conditions. Additionally, if required, a £3,000 tuition deposit must be paid by the deadline specified in the offer letter.
This scholarship is automatically awarded to qualifying students without needing a separate application. It will be applied as a deduction from tuition fees in the second semester. Students can combine this scholarship with other department or faculty awards and external funding, provided the total does not exceed 100% of tuition costs. However, deferring the scholarship to a later year is not permitted; students who choose to defer will lose the award.
