The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) announced the Intermediate 1st and 2nd year Advanced Supplementary Examination results on Monday. Students eager to know their scores can now access the results by visiting the official TSBIE website at tgbie.cgg.gov.in. By entering their hall ticket numbers, students can quickly view their results.

These Advanced Supplementary Examinations offer a critical second chance for students who did not initially pass their 1st and 2nd-year exams or those who wished to improve their Intermediate Public Examination (IPE) scores. The supplementary exams were conducted from May 24 to June 1, 2024.

To access their results, students need to follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the official website, tgbie.cgg.gov.in.
  2. Go to the result page.
  3. Input the hall ticket number, select the examination, class, and stream.
  4. Submit the details to view the results.

In addition to the supplementary results, TSBIE had earlier released the re-verification and recounting results of the Intermediate Public Examination answer sheets. This year’s pass percentage for the IPE 2nd year exam stood at 64.19%, while the IPE 1st year saw a pass percentage of 60.01%. Of the 4,78,723 students who appeared for the 1st year exams, 2,87,261 managed to pass.

For many students in Telangana, the announcement of the supplementary results is a significant moment. It symbolizes a renewed opportunity to succeed academically and move forward without the setback of losing an entire year. TSBIE's effort to provide these opportunities reflects its commitment to student success and educational progress.

Students are encouraged to check their results on the official website and take the necessary steps for their academic future. This development brings clarity and relief to numerous students and their families, paving the way for their continued educational journey.
