Gulab Chand Kataria, the UT administrator, has approved the allotment of 1.7 acres of land to construct a new Government Model Senior Secondary School in Sector 39-B, Chandigarh. This move, announced on Monday, reflects a solid commitment to expanding and enhancing educational infrastructure in the region.

The new school, set to be affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), will serve approximately 2,100 students.
