The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has officially opened the registration window for Spot Round 2 counselling of the Bihar Diploma in Elementary Education (DElEd) for 2024.
Starting September 12, eligible candidates who did not secure seats in previous rounds or those allotted seats but did not complete the admission process can now register for this round through the official website.
Candidates who participated in Spot Round 1 are not eligible to apply for the second spot round. To register, candidates must enter their roll number and password. The registration process for Spot Round 2 will be followed by a provisional merit list, which will be published after addressing any objections submitted between September 13 and September 14, 2024. The final merit list will be released on September 16, 2024.
Based on the final merit list, enrollment will occur from September 17 to September 18, 2024. Any seats remaining due to non-enrolment will be offered to candidates on the waiting list on September 19, 2024.
In Spot Round 2, 295 vacant seats are available across various institutions. The seat distribution includes several District Institutes of Education and Training (DIETs) and Primary Teacher Education Colleges, with varying seats available at each location. For instance, DIETs in Forbesganj, Katihar, and several other districts have been allocated seats under the unreserved category.
