The Haryana Board of School Education (HBSE) has announced the dates for submitting enrollment returns for students in classes 9th to 12th for the 2024-25 academic session.

Both government and non-government schools, as well as Gurukul and Vidyapeeth institutions, are required to apply online via the official Board website from September 25 to October 9, 2024. The enrollment fee is set at ₹150 per student for Haryana residents and ₹200 for migrant students.

Schools missing the initial deadline can submit applications with late fees ranging from ₹100 to ₹1000, depending on the submission date. The final deadline for online applications is November 6, 2024. The Board emphasized that offline submissions will not be accepted, and all necessary documents, such as the last student’s admission page from the rejection register, must be uploaded online.

In addition, a question paper fee of ₹50 per student for classes 9th and 11th is required during the enrollment period. Failure to submit these fees by the deadline will result in a fine of ₹1000 or an amount determined by the competent authority, which could affect the school’s ability to receive examination question papers.

Students who have failed and are repeating the same class do not need to re-enrol but must register online with a fee of ₹100. For any technical issues, schools can contact the Board via helpline numbers or email.
