The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has announced an extension of the registration deadline for students planning to sit for the Class 10 and 12 exams in 2025. Students can now complete their registration with a late fee until October 21, 2024, providing much-needed relief for those who missed the initial deadline.

According to reports from News18, the registration process is currently active on the BSEB's official website. Students in the general category must pay a registration fee of ₹1,010, while those in reserved categories must pay ₹895. The final date for submitting payment is set for October 19, 2024.

For students encountering difficulties during the registration or payment process, the BSEB has established helpline numbers: 0612-2230039 and 0612-2232074. The board encourages students to reach out for assistance to ensure a smooth registration experience.

The Bihar Board is also expected to release the timetable for the 2025 exams shortly, with examinations likely scheduled for February 2025. Students must complete their registration within the extended deadline to avoid further complications or penalties.

This decision by the BSEB is seen as a significant relief for students and their families, allowing additional time for registration while ensuring that students do not miss out on their examination opportunities. The extension reflects the board’s commitment to facilitating a smooth examination process for all students.
