MCC Releases NEET PG 2024 Counselling Timeline: Registration Ends November 17

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released the much-anticipated NEET PG 2024 counselling schedule, providing crucial information for medical graduates nationwide.

The counselling process will consist of four rounds: Round 1, Round 2, Round 3, and a Stray Vacancy Round. This counselling will facilitate admissions into 50% of MD and MS seats under the All India Quota in various medical colleges nationwide.

According to the official notice, the registration window for NEET PG counselling will close on November 17. The verification of the seat matrix is set to occur on November 7, after which candidates can proceed with choice filling and locking from November 8 until 11:55 pm on November 17. The result of the seat allocation for the first round will be announced on November 20, marking a critical step in the admission process.

For the first round, candidates seeking admission through the All India Quota, Deemed, and Central Universities must complete the joining formalities by November 27. Simultaneously, state counselling will be conducted between November 18 and 27, with December 4 as the final date for joining state-allocated seats. These timelines are crucial for candidates to ensure they meet all requirements to secure their desired seats.
