Aiming to nurture patriotism and appreciation for Rajasthan's cultural legacy, the Rajasthan Darshan program has been launched by the state government to engage 10,000 students across 33 districts in an immersive educational journey.

The initiative is a collaborative effort between the Rajasthan Government, the Rajasthan Tourism Department, and the Education Department, providing a structured experience highlighting the state’s historical and cultural richness.

The program, which spans five days, is designed to offer students an in-depth understanding of Rajasthan’s heritage through a series of visits to significant historical sites, museums, and institutions dedicated to cultural preservation. Organised to promote learning and exploration, the journey will guide participants through Rajasthan's most iconic landmarks, such as the Amber Fort, Hawa Mahal, and Jantar Mantar. Experts in art, history, and culture will be present to conduct workshops, lectures, and interactive sessions that bring the essence of Rajasthan's heritage to life.

Under this initiative, students will tour these landmarks and engage in cultural performances and interactive sessions intended to deepen their connection with the region’s history and traditions. Partnerships with various cultural institutions have been established to ensure that the program delivers an authentic and insightful experience, covering the diverse elements of Rajasthan's historical narrative.

Students from various districts will embark on this educational journey in the initial phase, which will begin on November 10. The program has been structured into phases to accommodate the vast number of participants and ensure effective learning outcomes. Expansion plans are underway, with the state government considering including more students and districts to extend the program’s reach and impact.
