The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has officially announced the scheduled sent-up exams for 10th and 12th-grade students, a crucial step towards eligibility for the 2025 annual board exams.

The Intermediate sent-up exams will take place from November 11 to 18, while the Matric sent-up exams are set to begin on November 19 and end on November 22. The practical exams will follow, with practicals for Intermediate students scheduled from November 19 to 21 and for Matric students on November 23.

These sent-up exams are mandatory for students, as passing them is a prerequisite for sitting for the final board exams. Students who fail to appear for or pass the sent-up exams will be disqualified from taking the 2025 annual exams. The BSEB has made it clear that only those who attend at least 75% of the scheduled sent-up exams will be allowed to take the final exams, sending a strong message to students to remain diligent in their studies and attendance.

The exams will be held in two shifts: the first from 9:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. and the second from 2:00 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. Some exam papers will conclude at 4:45 p.m. Each District Education Office will receive the sent-up exam question papers, and the exams will be conducted at plus-two schools and colleges across the state.

The BSEB has also emphasized the importance of the sent-up exams in the overall examination process, with results due to be submitted to the District Education Office by November 25 for Intermediate students and by December 2 for Matric students. Students are urged to prepare thoroughly and adhere to the exam schedule to ensure their eligibility for the 2025 board exams.
