The registration process for the two-year Executive MBA program at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM Sambalpur) will conclude on March 31, accessible through the official website iimsambalpur.ac.in/admissions. Selection for the program is based on academic qualifications and work experience, with shortlisted candidates advancing to a personal interview (PI) round. Final merit is determined by performance in the PI, academic background, and work experience. Additionally, candidates must provide a no objection certificate or consent letter from their employer.

The program emphasizes interactive experiential learning through live faculty sessions, both online via a high-definition, video conference-based virtual classroom (VCR) platform and offline modes. It aims to benefit individuals with entrepreneurial aspirations and those interested in leveraging government initiatives such as Atamanirbhar Bharat, Make in India, and Start-up India.

Director Mahadeo Jaiswal highlighted the program's objective to enhance participants' entrepreneurial skills, personal development, and leadership abilities to propel organizations forward responsibly.
