The partnership between the Oxford University Press (OUP) and the NSE Academy aims to provide joint certificate courses focusing on essential professional skills, according to a report by PTI.

Through this collaboration, short courses offered by OUP covering key professional skills such as design thinking, negotiation, problem-solving, creative thinking, and storytelling will be made available via the NSE Knowledge Hub. This platform leverages Artificial Intelligence (AI) to deliver a dynamic learning experience.

Sumanta Datta, Managing Director of OUP India, emphasized the institution's commitment to higher education and academic publishing. He highlighted the significance of offering contemporary courses tailored to meet the evolving demands of the job market. Datta also underscored the partnership's alignment with the government's Skill India initiative, aimed at enhancing the employability of the workforce.

The NSE Academy, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the National Stock Exchange (NSE), will co-certify individuals upon completion of these short-duration, self-paced courses.

Abhilash Misra, CEO of NSE Academy, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, stating that it would empower individuals with the knowledge needed to thrive in today's dynamic workplace. Additionally, Misra highlighted the potential of these courses to meet the diverse learning and development needs of corporate professionals.
