Applications for the Harpswell Leadership Residents Program 2026 are now accepting. It's a Fully Funded Residency Program and it will be conducted in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The Program will be of four Months duration. The applicants can remain either from May to August or from November to February. It is a Professional Development Program which will call candidates from all over the world to Volunteer, teach English, Mentor, and support other Cambodian Residents in Harpswell's leadership centers in Phnom Penh. It will produce leadership, cross-cultural conversation, and social change. The Objective is Women's Leadership. Responsibilities of a Fellow

At Harpswell, candidates come from across provinces and backgrounds and there is a supportive community bond developed through exchange of ideas. You will do the following:

Teach the Harpswell Core Curriculum.

Weekly Discussions.

Offer one-to-one tutoring to support students' English ability.

Have regular office hours for consultations with students.

Accompany students in developing their leadership skills.

Interact with students and alumnae, and build close relationship.

Organize interesting cultural events beyond the centers.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The Opportunity is open for all the Nationals.
  • Application is only for women's.
  • You should be interested in women's leadership and education application for empowering others.
  • A genuine interest in other people's cultures and experiences is needed.
  • Your English spoken and written must be good (teaching experience as an added benefit!). 
  • At least 2 years of professional work experience.
  • Adequate preference for teaching experience.
