Applications are now open for Singapore A STAR ACIS Scholarship 2026. It is a Fully Funded Scholarship in Singapore for international students to pursue a PhD degree. The good news is that Final-year Undergraduates and graduate students can also apply for the A STAR ACIS Scholarship. Agency for Science, Technology, and Research (A-STAR) is a Singapore government agency. ACIS is an abbreviation of A STAR Computing and Information Science Scholarship that was initiated to entice Singaporeans and International students to pursue a PhD in computing and information science (CIS) fields. An International student shall be obligated to serve for a 3-year period in Singapore-based companies upon scholarship completion. Further information is given below.

Eligibility Criteria

Open to all nationals, including Singaporeans.

Foreign candidates must be holding a degree or in their final year of obtaining one.

At least a Second Upper-Class Honours degree (or equivalent) in an appropriate subject.

Final year undergraduates are also invited to apply.

Show extremely strong interest in the CIS subject.

 

Service Commitment

3-year service bond. Foreigners have to serve for 3 years in any Singaporean organization in CIS-related fields.
