The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has officially commenced the registration process for the TS Ed.CET 2024 counselling. This is a crucial step for candidates who have successfully cleared the Telangana State Education Common Entrance Test (TS Ed. CET) and are now seeking admission to Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) and Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) programs in government and private colleges across Telangana.

According to The Telegraph reports the registration for the TS Ed.CET 2024 counselling began today, August 10, 2024, and will continue until August 20, 2024. During this period, eligible candidates must complete the online registration process by paying a counselling fee—of ₹600 for candidates from the Open Category (OC) and Backward Classes (BC), and ₹400 for those belonging to the Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST).

As part of the registration process, candidates must upload essential documents, including their TS Ed.CET 2024 hall ticket, rank card, and memoranda of marks. These documents will verify eligibility and determine the candidates' standing in the merit list, which is critical in the seat allotment process.

The counselling and seat allotment process will be conducted in two phases. The first phase of seat allotment is scheduled for August 25, 2024, followed by the second phase on September 10, 2024. Candidates can exercise their options for preferred colleges and courses during the counselling registration, and allotments will be made based on their preferences and rank.

TSCHE has emphasised the importance of making informed and careful choices during this process, as the seat allotment will reflect the candidates' listed preferences. Once the seat allotment is done, candidates must confirm their acceptance by reporting to the allotted college and completing the admission formalities within the stipulated time frame.

Candidates are advised to regularly check the official TSCHE website for updates on the counselling schedule, seat matrix, and other critical details. It is essential to be well-prepared with all necessary documents and to ensure that the information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

For those who may have questions or need assistance during the registration process, TSCHE has set up a dedicated helpline. This resource is available to address any concerns and provide guidance to ensure a smooth and successful counselling experience.
