The University of Delhi (DU) has launched a mop-up round for undergraduate (UG) admissions to fill vacancies in specific colleges and programs.
The list of open seats was made public on September 27, 2024, at 5 PM. Interested candidates can check the available options on the official website: admissions.uod.ac.in.
Registration for the mop-up round commenced on September 27 and will continue until September 29, 2024, at 11:59 PM. Applicants can select their preferred colleges and programs from September 30 (5 PM) until October 2 (11:59 PM). Colleges will conduct admissions and allocate seats from October 3 (2 PM) to October 5 (5 PM). The admission fee submission deadline is October 6, 2024, by 5 PM.
To register, candidates should visit ugadmission.uod.ac.in/mopup and follow the outlined steps, which include creating a profile and selecting programs. Those registered through the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) portal are exempt from paying an extra registration fee. New applicants must pay Rs 250 for General/EWS/OBC-NCL categories and Rs 100 for SC/ST/PwBD categories.
Admissions during this mop-up round will be based on the merit scores from the qualifying examinations. This round is a final opportunity for students not admitted to any DU program or college to enrol in the remaining available seats.
