The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow has wrapped up its summer placement process for the 2024-2026 batch, securing an impressive 576 job offers for its 40th Post Graduate Programme (PGP) and 21st Post Graduate Programme in Agribusiness Management (PGP-ABM) students. This achievement reflects the institute's strong industry connections and the quality of its student talent.
This year, the average stipend offered to students reached Rs 1.43 lakh per month, with a median stipend of Rs 1.50 lakh. The highest domestic stipend soared to Rs 3.95 lakh per month, while international offers were also notable, peaking at Rs 1.75 lakh per month. These figures highlight the growing demand for IIM Lucknow graduates across various sectors.
The 2024-2026 batch comprises 234 freshers and 342 students with substantial prior work experience. This blend of new talent and seasoned professionals enabled students to secure positions in various industries, including Consulting, Finance, General Management, Product Management, Sales & Marketing, Operations & Retail, and E-Commerce. IIM Lucknow has consistently demonstrated its commitment to equipping students with the skills needed to excel in today’s competitive job market.
This year's placement process saw the participation of several new recruiters, including Arcesium, Barclays, and eBay, which expanded the range of opportunities available to students. Legacy recruiters such as Accenture, Amazon, McKinsey & Company, and Procter & Gamble reaffirmed their confidence in IIM Lucknow's graduates by returning for this year’s placements.
