AP Exam 2025: Registration Opens For College-Bound Students

The College Board has officially opened registration for the Advanced Placement (AP) Exam 2025, providing high school students an opportunity to earn college credits and improve their college applications.

The exams, scheduled for May 6–17, 2025, offer a pathway to showcase subject mastery across various disciplines, from arts to sciences.

Students have to complete their regular registration from November 8, 2024, to February 15, 2025. A late registration period extends until March 1, 2025, but includes an additional fee. Registration can be completed through each school’s AP coordinator or online via the College Board website.

The exams follow a structured timetable, with sessions beginning each day at 8:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., and 2:00 p.m. over the two weeks in May. Morning exams are scheduled from May 6-10, while morning and afternoon sessions are available from May 6-17.

- Arts: Studio Art, Music, Theater

- Languages and Cultures: Spanish, French, Chinese

- Math and Computer Science: Calculus, Computer Science

- Science: Biology, Chemistry, Physics

- Other Subjects: Psychology, Economics, and more

Participating in AP exams offers students several key advantages.
