The government’s initiative includes several key features designed to provide comprehensive support to aspiring candidates:

 The program offers financial aid to cover essential expenses such as exam fees, study materials, and other related costs, removing financial obstacles for deserving aspirants. Online and offline coaching options will provide personalized guidance from experienced mentors, and helping candidates stay focused and prepared. Aspirants will receive high-quality study materials, access to online courses, and other resources to ensure thorough exam preparation. Counselling services will help candidates manage exam-related stress, while expert exam strategies will be shared to enhance their performance.

To be eligible for this program, candidates must meet the following criteria:

- Age: Between 18-35 years

- Educational Qualification: Graduation or equivalent

- Income Limit: Candidates from economically weaker sections or those below the poverty line can apply.
