Amidst ongoing controversies over alleged irregularities in the NEET-UG exam, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan addressed Parliament, assuring there has been no evidence of paper leaks in the past seven years. He highlighted that over 4.5 crore students have taken exams conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) without any incidents of paper leaks, emphasizing the integrity and robustness of the current examination system.

Opposition Leader Rahul Gandhi sharply criticized the government for failing to prevent the NEET paper leak. Gandhi claimed that the exam system is "fraudulent" and susceptible to manipulation through financial means. He argued that this compromises the integrity of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET), which millions of students take annually to secure admission to medical colleges.
