The United States is inviting applications for the Tech-Women Exchange Program 2025, a fully funded initiative aimed at empowering women in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). Eligibility criteria require applicants to have at least two years of full-time experience in a STEM field, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, fluency in English, and citizenship or permanent residency in one of the eligible countries. These include nations such as Pakistan, Kenya, Morocco, South Africa, and Uzbekistan. Applicants must also meet the requirements for a U.S. J-1 exchange visitor visa.

The program offers a robust professional experience, including project collaborations with established technology firms, leadership workshops, and networking opportunities with STEM professionals. Participants gain exposure to cutting-edge innovations and insights, equipping them to return to their home countries as catalysts for change.
