The site went offline as a consequence of a security audit.

 

2. Worldwide Efforts at Defacing and Undermining Public Websites: Pakistani cyber groups have tried to deface pro-Indian military sites such as Army Public Schools and ex-servicemen welfare groups. An attack that occurred included mocking messages concerning previous terror incidents. Also, there were also attempts to hack into the Army Welfare Housing Organisation’s databases, and the Indian Air Force placement portal, but these were intercepted by the Indian cybersecurity frameworks.
