As part of the RISE 2025 festival aimed at redesigning school education by making it creative, artistic, and innovative, an interesting panel speech on Mental Resilience for Creativity and Innovation will be conducted on November 8 at the Alliance Francoise de Delhi.

Eminent professionals such as Santanu Bose, Anju Soni, Dr. Shikha Jain, Ananda Moy Banerji, Jayaprabha Menon and Vaishali Gupta will contribute their experience and knowledge on how mental resilience can be used as a foundation to maintain creativity and promote innovation in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Since the future of education and the innovative sector is highly unpredictable, it is crucial to be capable of remaining motivated, flexible and grounded. The session will discuss how this resilience can be developed to help teachers, learners, and colleagues access their full innovative capacity.

The event will have an interactive open Q&A, which will involve the participation and more intense involvement of the audience. It also belongs to the larger endeavors of RISE to foster inclusive and progressive learning environments that use challenges as learning possibilities.
