The Pramaan 3.0, an advanced conference on forensic science, begins today, February 26, 2026 with field-tested insights on investigation to students and professionals. Dr. Krishna Vishwanathrao Kulkarni, the Director of the Directorate of Forensic Science Laboratory in Maharashtra is the Chief Guest at the conference. Dr. Kulkarni will provide a professional lecture on the topic of views of forensic science in the Criminal Justice System, the conditions of practice, the need of accuracy, and the decision-making in case of pressure.
