IILM University's HR Conclave 2.0 brought together industry leaders, HR professionals, innovators, and changemakers for discussions on the future of work, leadership, and workforce transformation in an increasingly technology-driven world.

Held under the theme "The Sentient Workforce: Leading with Intelligence, Inclusion & Intent in the Age of AI," the conclave served as a platform for exploring how organisations can balance technological advancement with human potential, adaptability, and purpose-driven leadership.

The event featured keynote sessions, panel discussions, networking opportunities, and industry interactions focused on some of the most pressing workplace challenges and opportunities. Conversations centred on building future-ready talent pipelines, redefining leadership for Gen Z professionals, fostering inclusive workplaces, and understanding the evolving relationship between artificial intelligence and human capabilities

Industry experts shared insights on talent acquisition, workforce development, organisational transformation, and leadership strategies for the changing world of work. Among the speakers were Nithya Chandar, Director – Global Talent Acquisition at UnitedLex; Prabhanjan Prasoon, Senior Director – Talent Acquisition at Birlasoft; and Urooj Fatma, Director – Human Resources at Mercados Energy Market India.

The speakers highlighted the importance of creating agile and inclusive work environments capable of adapting to rapid technological change while continuing to prioritize employee growth, engagement, and well-being.

The discussions also explored how organisations can prepare for emerging workforce trends by investing in skills development, embracing innovation, and fostering cultures that encourage collaboration and continuous learning.

According to the organisers, HR Conclave 2.0 was designed to encourage meaningful dialogue between academia and industry while providing a platform for exchanging ideas that can help shape the workplaces of tomorrow.

As artificial intelligence continues to transform industries, a recurring theme throughout the conclave was that the future of work is not solely about technology. Participants emphasized that leadership, human connection, inclusion, and purpose will remain central to building successful and sustainable organisations.

The conclave concluded with a shared focus on creating workplaces that combine innovation with empathy, reinforcing the idea that the future workforce will be defined not only by intelligence, but also by intent and human-centred leadership.

The School of Law at AURO University's IPR Cell will host the National Intellectual Property Strategy Competition (IP STRATAGEM 2026) on July 10, 2026, where students from all over the country will showcase their legal reasoning, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities in the realm of Intellectual Property (IP).

The competition is conceived as a learning environment where the participants are asked to challenge themselves to think about the disputes regarding IP ownership in a similar way as legal professionals and IP strategists do. Students will be expected to discuss complex issues relating to IP, consider critical legal issues, and propose creative solutions through drafting and strategic presentation.

The competition is open to undergraduate and postgraduate students of all academic disciplines and allows for interdisciplinary participation and aims to increase awareness of intellectual property rights (patents, trademarks, copyrights and other laws).

Teams of two or three students from the same institution will compete in 2 stages according to the organisers. The first phase will be a Drafting Round, where in which participants will draft legal and strategic answers to a problem provided. Shortlisted teams will then proceed to the Strategy Presentation Round, then to a Question and Answer session with an expert judging panel.

The event will be held in hybrid format, meaning it will be available online and in person. The competition will be open for registration until 30 June 2026.

The program underscores AURO University's commitment to fostering practical learning experiences outside the classroom for its students and to raise awareness about intellectual property rights and innovation management.

IP is growing in importance in business, technology, research and entrepreneurship and competitions like IP STRATAGEM 2026 provide students with useful insight into the practical legal and strategic issues that they encounter.

Universal Ai University celebrated World Environment Day 2026 by organising the ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ (EPMKN) Tree Plantation Campaign, bringing together students, faculty, staff members, and Environment Club volunteers in a collective effort to promote environmental sustainability.

As part of the initiative, participants planted saplings across the university campus, reaffirming the institution’s commitment to creating a greener and more sustainable future. The campaign extended beyond the campus as members of the University Environment Club currently undertaking their Summer Internship Programmes (SIPs) also participated from their respective locations, transforming the drive into a wider community movement.

The plantation activity highlighted the university’s focus on sustainability and environmental responsibility. Through active participation and awareness-building initiatives, the institution aims to encourage students to adopt environmentally conscious practices and contribute positively to society.

According to the university, sustainability remains an integral part of campus culture and student development. Initiatives such as the tree plantation campaign are designed to nurture future leaders who understand the importance of balancing innovation, growth, and environmental stewardship.

World Environment Day, observed annually on June 5, serves as a global platform for raising awareness and encouraging action on pressing environmental challenges. The ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ campaign aligns with this objective by promoting tree plantation as a meaningful step towards cleaner air, healthier ecosystems, and long-term ecological sustainability.

University officials noted that every sapling planted represents a commitment to preserving natural resources and strengthening efforts towards a greener tomorrow.

AURO University in collaboration with E&ICT Academy, IIT Roorkee is organising a Faculty Development Program (FDP) on "AI-Driven Digital Healthcare: Integrating IoT and Big Data for Smarter Systems", with the objective of providing participants with an understanding of the latest technologies influencing the future of healthcare.

The online programme will run from June 15 to June 28, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The FDP is intended for academicians, researchers, industry, government officials and technical experts who want to learn about the emerging influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT) and Big Data in healthcare.

The programme will highlight six major themes: AI-based digital healthcare systems, IoT-based healthcare technologies, big data analytics in healthcare, AI-based medical intelligence, smart healthcare infrastructure.

The goal of the initiative is to give participants a better understanding of how digital technologies are improving healthcare delivery, how they can be used to make data-driven decisions and how they can be used to support the development of smarter and more efficient healthcare systems.

The programme will be delivered online and participants will be certified by E&ICT Academy, IIT Roorkee. The FDP registrations are currently open, and the deadline for registration is June 13, 2026.

RNTU is hosting Bhopal’s first-ever stadium night running event called Velocity Night Run 2026 on June 6. The officials have unveiled the official T-shirt, as well as the finisher medal which will be awarded to the runners who will reach the end of the run before the event, thus making the event more exciting in what is being termed as Bhopal's first stadium night run.

About the Event 

On the World Environment Day, this exclusive event will commence featuring an expo and a unique fitness run in the stadium with lights on the next day, where fitness enthusiasts, passionate runners, and the local public will come together for the occasion.

The Velocity Night Run Expo will be on June 5 at Bansal Plaza, Bhopal, where participants can collect their race kits, interact with fitness experts, and explore partner exhibits ahead of race day. Scheduled from 2 PM to 7 PM, the expo is expected to serve as a gathering point for the city's running community while helping participants prepare for the event. 

Whether registered for the 1-hour, 2-hour, or 3-hour run category, attendees will have an opportunity to complete pre-race formalities and immerse themselves in the atmosphere before Bhopal's first stadium night run gets underway.
