On 4 April, at 7 PM, Vivekananda Global University (VGU), Jaipur, is hosting a special campus experience  that encompasses an evening of music, meditation and pure energy with Radhika Das. The session will provide students with a rest from the academic load and will help them to be introduced to mindful, happy living with the help of devotional music and guided meditation.

Radhika Das is a renowned London-based Kirtan artist and Bhakti Yoga practitioner known for leading global mantra meditation gatherings and popularizing devotional music. With over 15 years of experience, he combines traditional Vedic chants with modern, soulful music to promote peace and spiritual connection. His events are described by many students as a combination of a concert, spiritual workshop, and a safe place to re-set the mind.

For a contemporary university campus, such an event is not just entertainment. It promotes mental well being, stress management and emotional well being, now a key issue in higher education. As the pressure of exams mounts, as well as social and placement pressures, students tend to seek non-judgemental, safe areas in which they can rest and reflect. Such an evening session filled with meditation and music at VGU will allow students to enjoy themselves without needing to pay for such an extraordinary yet trending session.

Additionally, music and meditation initiatives in colleges contribute to the creation of a good campus culture. Bringing students together to sing, listen and meditate brings a feeling of community outside of classrooms and marks. It can enhance peer bonding, alleviate anxiety and even motivate healthier lifestyle choices. In the case of a university such as VGU, which prides itself as a progressive, student-focused university in Jaipur, such a programme indicates that the university is not only concerned with academic performance.

The evening will appeal to students interested in spirituality, self-development, mental health, music and special campus activities, so Radhika Das live at VGU is expected to draw a large crowd. When marketed properly on social media via Jaipur college events, campus fest updates, reels and student influencers, the session can easily become viral among the youth. Brief videos of group chants, audience involvement, before‑and‑after reactions and candid student feedback can go viral on Instagram and YouTube, exposing both VGU and the event to a broader audience.

This is an opportunity to do something they have not done before, a chance to de-stress, rejuvenate and reflect, and at the same time they are in a big, high-energy event. To the university, it is a chance to demonstrate that it values student mental health, happiness and spiritual well-being.

The event will be held on 4 April, 7 PM, at VGU campus and will likely turn out to be one of the most discussed college events in Jaipur this season, with all the best of live music, meditation and youth energy in a night to remember.

Note: For more information, connect with VGU via mail  or their social media account.
