A class seven student from Delhi died on 27th August due to severe health problems after spending more than a month in the hospital. However, her family claims that this was because of harassment done by a teacher on her for not bringing a book to the school. 

The family was informed about the condition of the girl when the school contacted them around 9:30 am on 22nd July and told them that the student was unwell and they should bring her back home. The grandfather reached the school premises and supposedly saw the little girl in a troubled state and took her to the hospital. The girl was admitted to the hospital for approximately one month and five days before she passed away despite receiving treatment. 

During the treatment, the girl told the grandfather that she was harassed by a teacher for not bringing the book to the school. The family members believed that her health condition deteriorated after the harassment and took her to the hospital.

 Following her death, the family members approached the school and demanded a police case against the teacher for harassing the student and requested strict action to be taken against the person responsible for the incident. The family further accused that the school administration did not keep in contact with them concerning the child’s health issues after her condition deteriorated and she was sent back to the hospital. 

The child’s family is grief-stricken over the loss of their daughter, and the incident has also created an adverse reaction among the people about the child’s suffering before her death and what led to her being sent back to the hospital. However, the cause of death and the connection between the incident and the condition needs to be investigated and analyzed to take legal actions if required
