Contest for Students

The Edinbox Contests offers a diverse range of categories designed to ignite students’ potential, inspire creativity, and amplify their impact. No matter if they are a Class IX-X student looking to explore new passions or a Class XI-XII student aiming to hone your skills, there’s an interesting content waiting. 

With competitions in quiz, public speaking, creative writing, music, art, and more, students will have the chance to showcase their talent, challenge themselves, and connect with like-minded peers & universities. The contest is not just about winning,it’s about exposure,recognition and growth.

Winners will receive scholarships  and Certificate of Excellence and Special Badge Young Achiever, Future Leader from participating Platinum/Diamond universities.

CLASS IX–X CATEGORY

1. BrainSprint (The Quiz)

Language: English
Team: 2 members
Duration: 6 mins per round (written round one, stage finals 5 rounds)
Format: Written Elimination → Stage Finals
Rounds: Warm-Up, Current Affairs, Connect the Dots, Visual Round, Rapid Fire
Jury: Academic Quiz Master, Media/Knowledge Professional, Celebrity Guest

2. SpeakSphere (Public Speaking)

Language: English / Hindi
Format: Solo
Topic: Given 30 minutes prior
Time Limit: 6 minutes (bell at 5th minute)
Rules: No reading; originality and delivery are key.
Jury: Language Faculty, Media Professional, Performing Artist
Assessment: Content 50%, Presentation Style 25%, Confidence/ Vibing/ Humour 25%.

3. WordWings (Creative Writing)

Language: English
Format: On-the-spot writing (45 mins): pick up topics from a bowl.
Word Limit: 500 words.
Jury: English Faculty, Editor/Writer, Influencer

4. RhythmRise (Solo/Duet Singing)

Language: Hindi / Assamese
Time Limit: 6 mins
Rules: Karaoke/backing track allowed; no vulgar lyrics.
Jury: Music Faculty, Performer, Celebrity Artist

5. LaughLine (Stand-Up Comedy)

Language: Hindi / English
Rules: Original content, no profanity, max 6 mins.
Jury: Theatre Artist, Media Personality, Comedian
Assessment: Content 50%, Presentation Style 25%, Confidence/ Vibing/ Humour 25%.

6. MyCareerCanvas (Poster Making)

Theme: My Career, My Choice
Format: On-the-spot creation (60 mins): Paper given on the spot
Judging: Concept, Design, Message
Jury: Art Teacher, Designer, Communication Expert

7. ColorQuest (Sit, Draw & Paint)

Theme: Announced on spot
Medium: Crayons, Watercolour, Pencils (only paper given on the spot)
Materials: Brought by participant
Jury: Fine Arts Faculty, Illustrator, Artist

8. Tell Me Why (Scientific Explanation Contest)

Format: Solo speaking (max 6 mins)
Topic: Explain scientific reason behind daily phenomena.
Jury: Science Educator, Engineer, Communicator
Assessment: Content 50%, Presentation Style 25%, Confidence/ Vibing/ Humour 25%.

CLASS XI–XII CATEGORY

1. MindMaze (Quiz)

Language: English
Team: 2 members
Duration: 6 mins per round (written round one, stage finals 5 rounds)
Format: Written Elimination → Stage Finals
Rounds: Concept-based on Tech, Business, Current Affairs.

2. OratorX (Public Speaking)

Theme: Voices for a Future India (Interpret the theme yourself)
Format: Solo
Rules: 4–5 min speech, no reading.
Jury: Language Faculty, Public Speaker, Artist
Assessment: Content 50%, Presentation Style 25%, Confidence/ Vibing/ Humour 25%.

3. WriteCraft (Creative Writing)

Language: English
Format: On-the-spot writing
Word Limit: 600 words/ 45 minutes
Jury: Academic, Writer, Influencer

4. MyCareerCanvas+ (on the spot Poster Making)

Theme: My Career, My Choice 2.0 (Paper will be given).
Added Element: Tagline & career vision statement.
Jury: Designer, Communication Expert, Educator

5. AdMania (AdMad Contest)

Language: English / Hindi
Team: 3-4 members
Format: Campaign Ideation presentation, Hoarding concept, Radio Jingle and 60-sec ad creation on theme revealed 2 hours before
Jury: Marketing Faculty, Creative Director, Celebrity Endorser
Assessment: Content 50%, Presentation Style 25%, Confidence/ Vibing/ Humour 25%.

6. MonoAct-X (Mono Acting)

Language: Hindi / Assamese
Rules: Original monologue, 6 mins limit.
Jury: Theatre Faculty, Actor, Director
Assessment: Content 50%, Presentation Style 25%, Confidence/ Vibing/ Humour 25%.

7. TechTales (PPT Presentation on AI in Daily Life)

Format: Solo/Pair
Slides: 5–6
Time Limit: 6 mins
Jury: Tech Professor, AI Professional, Edupreneur

8. ReelQuest (Reel Making on the Event)

Format: 60 sec video
Submission: Upload by Day 2, 5 PM (via official link), use in social media & promote, share link.
Jury: Social Media Influencer, Cinematographer, Marketer
