Chandigarh University has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bajaj Auto Credit Limited, the captive finance arm of Bajaj Auto Limited in a major move towards improving industry-oriented education. The partnership is supposed to expose MBA students to more corporate exposure and practical understandings of the financial services industry.

The University School of Business has signed the agreement with special attention paid to MBA Flagship students. The alliance will help fill the gap between the theoretical and practical aspects of the industry by providing the students with practical knowledge in addition to theoretical knowledge.

This cooperation will expose the students to important elements of the financial services ecosystem, such as credit operations, collections management, customer relationship processes and structured finance practices. The programme will also create opportunities in corporate relationships, seminars, live projects, internship programmes, and skill based learning in line with the industry requirements.

The ceremony of signing the MoU was accompanied by the top officials of the Bajaj Auto Credit Limited, such as Mr. Sumnaush, HR Talent Manager; Mr. Vivek Yadav, Regional Collection Manager; and Ms. Varsha Chillar, Area Manager. They were involved because they had a common vision of developing business leaders who are well prepared in terms of the type of knowledge they have, their leadership capabilities and their readiness to serve in the industry.

The university officials highlighted that such alliances were indispensable in the modern dynamic world of business where employers were interested in hiring professionals who would be familiar with both the strategic concepts and the realities of operation. Chandigarh University can enhance its employability and career readiness through incorporating corporate exposure in the MBA curriculum.

Such partnership also supports the idea of Chandigarh University of commitment to the experience of learning and the valuable industry involvement. Through cementing relationships with top corporate bodies, the university keeps establishing avenues of enabling students to acquire practical knowledge, professional guidance, and experiences that can equip them with leadership positions in the competitive financial and business environment.
