Sri Sri University Honours 256 Safe Shop India Leaders on Successful Completion of LEAP Leadership Programme

Sri Sri University celebrated the successful completion of another batch of its LEAP – Leadership and Communication Excellence Program, recognising 256 leaders from Safe Shop India during a certificate distribution ceremony.

The LEAP programme is an industry-academia initiative, which is a first of its kind, exclusively for the leaders of Safe Shop India. The programme is designed to build leadership, communication and organisational excellence through a blend of practical learning and value-based education.

The graduating class consisted of 256 successful leaders with over 20 years of professional experience, who together mentored thousands of people nationwide. Dr. Bharat Dash, Dean, FEKS, Sri Sri University, led the learning journey, blending the ancient wisdom of the Panchatantra with contemporary leadership, communication and organisational excellence.

Dr. Tej Partap, Vice Chancellor of Sri Sri University, Mr. Rajat Verma, Director Operations, Safe Shop India, Mr. Yogesh Wadhwa Ji and other dignitaries of the Safe Shop India leadership team graced the ceremony of certificate distribution.

The event was another successful step towards the LEAP programme, showcasing the continued collaboration between Sri Sri University and Safe Shop India in nurturing purpose-driven leaders with effective communication and leadership abilities.

Sri Sri University highlighted that two additional batches of 400 leaders each already having completed the program, and the next batch commencing on 27th July,  showcasing the growing reach of the programme. The university also announced the next cohort of the Leadership and Communication Excellence Program will begin on July 27, continuing to equip leaders with purpose, wisdom and excellence.

Sri Sri University is continuing to champion industry-focused leadership development by designing learning experiences that bring together timeless knowledge and contemporary leadership practices, equipping seasoned professionals with the opportunity to strengthen their communication, leadership and organisational skills through the LEAP – Leadership and Communication Excellence Program.
