The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the 65th Campus Placement Programme, offering a major career opportunity for newly qualified Chartered Accountants (CAs) who cleared the CA Final Examination in May 2026. The nationwide placement drive will be conducted through a structured recruitment process featuring physical interviews at 29 centres across India during August and September 2026.

According to ICAI, 6,399 newly qualified Chartered Accountants have registered for the placement programme out of the 7,931 candidates who successfully cleared the May 2026 CA Final Examination.

In the first phase of recruitment, 78 organisations have collectively notified 5,339 job vacancies, reflecting strong demand for finance professionals across multiple industries.

The placement programme is one of ICAI's flagship initiatives designed to facilitate smooth career transitions for newly qualified Chartered Accountants.

• More than 2,570 candidates secured placements.
• The highest domestic salary package offered was ₹27.50 lakh per annum.
• The average Cost to Company (CTC) stood at ₹13 lakh per annum.
