Alliance University has entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with the University of Southern Queensland (UniSQ), Australia, to offer a 2+2 Dual Degree Articulation Program to students to provide greater academic opportunities for students to study abroad.
The new partnership will see students study at Alliance University for the first two years, and then at UniSQ in Australia for the next two years, providing them with international academic exposure and experience in a globally connected learning environment.
The university states that the 2+2 Dual Degree Articulation Program will be offered in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Information Technology and Data Science.
The partnership aims to enhance academic cooperation and to facilitate international mobility of students. The articulation model allows students to start their undergraduate studies in India and finish the final two years of the programme at the University of Southern Queensland. The partnership provides students with a chance to study in India and Australia in their field of interest.
The University of Southern Queensland is ranked #411 in the QS World University Rankings 2026 and 351–400 in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2026, according to the information shared by Alliance University.
The new Alliance University-UniSQ partnership may offer an international study pathway for students interested in engineering, information technology and data science, who can finish the first half of their course in India.
The alliance underscores the university's commitment to furthering its goal of providing more opportunities for students to study abroad, to move around internationally, and to learn in a way that is relevant to the world of work, said Alliance University.
